We’re rounding off our development story in style, as this time, we explore the development of the iconic Orion House.

In celebration of Milford Marina’s 30th Anniversary and continuing to share Milford Waterfront’s development story, we explore the development of Orion House.

So far, we have explored the histories and developments of Cleddau House, Barrallier House, Neptune House and Temeraire House, Victory House and Vanguard House, The Old Customs House, Sovereign House and Agamemnon House and Old Sail Loft and T Shed. Wow, that’s a lot of features!

Orion House was built in August 2006 and is recognised as being the corner building along the waterfront with the balcony which enjoys superb views overlooking both Milford Marina and far across the Milford Haven Waterway.

Over the years, Orion House has been home to multiple hair and beauty salons, but it very well known for being the building where The Harbourmaster is located. In fact, The Harbourmaster have been homed here pretty much since the building has been here as they opened back in March 2007 - it won’t be long before they start celebrating their 15th anniversary at Milford Waterfront!

The Harbourmaster are renowned for serving truly delicious homemade food using local, seasonal and fresh produce wherever possible. Their special theme nights prove to be popular as they have host regular Burger & Stein nights, and occasional one-off evenings such as Beaujolais Night and Exotic Burger Night. Not forgetting their extensive drinks menu which includes amazing cocktails which are decorated perfect for anybody’s Instagram stories to make their friends go ‘WOW’!

In the summer, you can expect their balcony terrace to be pretty full and you can probably understand why – with the views that can be enjoyed looking far across the water. Some even liken it to feeling like they’re on holiday in sunny Spain when the weather is nice, and we can’t say we disagree!

Just underneath you can find Boobaloo Boutique, your home of affordable fashion. Boobaloo Boutique is a must-visit for the trend-conscious. They offer an amazing collection of on-trend clothing and accessories both in store and online. It’s also worth knowing that they offer next level service and strive to get you looking and feeling your best whatever the season.

Your ideal look can be made complete by checking out their wide selection of ladies tops, trousers, handbags, shoes and purses to name just a few items.

Just next door you can find Pebbles. A splendid selection of handpicked goods combined with a first class service means Pebbles is the perfect place to shop in Pembrokeshire if you’re treating someone (or yourself) to something special. Don’t forget they have a free gift-wrapping service with each purchase and a delivery service is available too.

Completing the businesses located at Orion House is Brett Property, one of Pembrokeshire’s fastest growing independent estate agents, selling and letting residential and commercial properties. If you would like to find out more about their services, you can either pop into their office at Orion House, call them on 01646 663951 or make an enquiry via their website.

We hope you enjoyed our development stories featuring the buildings located at Milford Waterfront!
