In celebration of Milford Marina’s 30th Anniversary and continuing to share Milford Waterfront’s development story, we explore the developments of Sovereign House and Agamemnon House.

So far, we have explored the histories of Cleddau House, Barrallier House, Neptune House and Temeraire House, Victory House and Vanguard House and The Old Customs House. This month, we’re sharing about the developments of Sovereign House and Agamemnon House which were both built in September 2005.

There are a great mix of businesses located in these buildings.

Sovereign House could well be named ‘Home of the Eateries’ as it’s home to three fantastic cafes and restaurants which prove to be popular among visitors to Milford Waterfront. Firstly, Spinnaker Café are known for their homemade meals which are both delicious and affordable, along with an ever-changing display of freshly baked cakes, perfect to enjoy with a pot of tea.

Just a few doors down, Impasto Pizza Bar prevails to be an essential spot for those seeking the very best of authentic Italian cooking. With 17 different pizzas to choose from, and vegan and veggie alternatives too, it’s a great place to get the best of both Italian and Pembrokeshire produce.

Also calling Sovereign House home, The Lounge serves homemade tasty food with refreshing drinks in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Their sister company, Sugar Loaf, also supply the fresh bread for their delicious burger buns too.

Aside from the eateries, Sea Shepherd UK completes the Sovereign House line up. The charity are on a mission to end the destruction of habitats and illegal killing of wildlife around the UK's coastline and across the world’s oceans, in order to conserve and protect marine ecosystems and species.

In the next building across on the corner of Agamemnon House is The Green Genie, Milford Waterfront’s only vegetarian and vegan bistro, beside its sister restaurant Madison’s Bar and Restaurant, a vintage venue offering contemporary and classic cuisine, fine wines and cocktails.

Just next door is Talouies who specialise in homemade light bites, cakes and desserts, along with an ever-changing specials menu showcasing an array of burgers, sandwiches, toasted ciabattas, with teas and fresh, aromatic coffees to wash it down. If you are looking for a place to take 5 with great views overlooking Milford Marina, Talouies is the spot for you.
