Following the latest UK Government guidance, businesses offering essential products and services only at Milford Waterfront, Havens Head Retail Park and in the wider Milford Haven area are open at this time. We are trying our best to keep information on our website up to date, but we would recommend that you contact the businesses directly or check their Facebook pages for further information. If you are visiting Milford Waterfront for exercise, please observe official social distancing guidelines at this time. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note, the weekly parkruns have been cancelled until the end of April due to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation.
Milford Waterfront parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am.
It’s a free, weekly timed 5km run suitable for people of all abilities and organised by volunteers.
The course is run entirely on tarmac paths but some sections of the route may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. There is no necessity to run - participants can jog or walk, while pushing children in a buggy or even carrying their child, with the emphasis on simply being active outdoors.
You must register before your first run and bring your ID and barcode with you on the day in order to receive a time.
There is plenty of parking close to the start/finish, but participants are encouraged to walk, run, cycle or even car share to get to the venue. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Check out the results page to view your time and your event history to monitor your progress.
We’re proud to be part of parkrun which organises free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. As well as Milford Waterfront, Haverfordwest Cricket Club and Colby Woodland Garden also hold weekly parkruns in Pembrokeshire every Saturday at 9am.
We’re always on the lookout for volunteers to help marshal and there’s a range of fun things to help with on the day. It’s fun, free and you’ll make friends along the way. If you’d like to help, please email email@example.com
