Join us on Saturday 22nd June for Pembrokeshire Fish Week’s launch event, Milford Fish Festival!
Enjoy fresh seafood, street food, local produce, cookery demonstrations and lots, lots more.
Walkabout entertainers, Lobster à la Cart and The Trawlers will keep you entertained, and Pure West Radio have some great live music lined up.
Try some mouth-watering dishes such as Seafood Chowder, Thai Fishcakes and Poached Monkfish wrapped in Parma Ham at The Fish Kitchen, where some of Pembrokeshire’s best chefs will be cooking up a storm using an array of local produce.
Craig Evans will be showcasing his coastal foraging skills, finding ingredients and cooking them there and then, highlighting that there are plenty of culinary pickings on our shores.
Children can get involved in cookery classes and craft workshops, and learn about sea and marine life. We’ll have a face painter, mini ponies, funfair rides and an interactive fishing pool too!
On the water, give canoeing a try with Paddle West or enjoy a short boat trip along the River Cleddau with the Coast and Cleddau crew.
Watch this space for further updates as we get closer to the event and follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
