Raising money for Mind Pembrokeshire
This family friendly 5k Fun Run/Walk is a fully marshalled relatively flat course consisting of two laps starting and finishing on Mackerel Quay, Milford Waterfront.
We've chosen a course that enables families to participate together and is suitable for all levels so you can run, walk or even crawl! The event is both child and dog friendly meaning the whole family can get fit while having fun and raising money for Mind Pembrokeshire.
Tesco Milford Haven have kindly donated water and bananas which will be available at the half way mark. Plus supporters and participants alike can enjoy refreshments, facepainting, stalls and raffle draws at the start and finish point.
Entry includes goody bag and all finishers will receive a medal!

Terms and Conditions
You MUST register on the day prior to the fun run and enclose full emergency contact details.
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
If you have a medical condition that could cause you difficulties during or after the event, please first get clearance from your doctor to participate in the event. For your safety, it is advised that you do not participate in the event if you have had any sickness or symptoms in the past week.
Dogs are allowed but owners must take full responsibility for them, they must remain on a lead and please clean up their mess.
Baby joggers are permitted however no bikes, skateboards or roller blades please.
Any age of entrant is allowed so long as the individual is healthy enough to do so. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the event by a parent or guardian but the parent or guardian does not have to take part in the run itself. Children participating under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult during the fun run itself.
Running is a potentially hazardous activity. You should not enter and run unless you are medically able and properly trained. You should also know that, although course marshals will be provided, there could be traffic on the course route; therefore, you assume the risk of running in traffic. Other risks associated with running this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather and conditions of the road. You are solely responsible for you own safety while traveling to and from or participating in this event. Knowing these facts and inconsideration of your acceptance of your entry, You hereby for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might sue on your behalf covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge the sponsors or contributors to this event, any race officials, volunteers and police agencies, their representatives successors or assignees from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of your participation. The release form and waiver (to be signed on registration day) extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen and unforeseen, known and unknown. The undersigned further grants full permission to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or another record of the event for any purpose. Minors will be accepted with a parent’s signature.
