Come along and take a selfie with ‘Bertie the Sea Bass’ who will be on display at Mackerel Quay for 11 weeks from the 5th February.
Bertie the Sea Bass has been designed by local sculptor, Gideon Peterson and constructed from stainless steel and filled with ‘beach clean’ plastic.
Bertie is 14 foot by seven foot and is solar powered which looks quite spectacular at night.
The aim of the sculpture is to Turn the Tide on Plastic, and is led by both Amroth and Saundersfoot Community Councils with support from Arwain Sir Benfro, PLANED and Valero.
