Milford Waterfront already attracts over 100,000 visitors a year. Through the next phases of the development, the Port of Milford Haven will be working to develop the vision for Milford Waterfront with the addition of hotels, event spaces, retail and a fine dining restaurant, among other exciting plans. Here’s a flavour of just some of what’s planned:
Subject to planning permission, this eco-friendly restaurant and function room will hover above the water at the north end of the development. We’re looking to create a new, sought after dining venue for south Wales.
With more watersport and heritage events being attracted to Milford Waterfront each year, and more of our visitors eager to stay and enjoy our spectacular sunsets, restaurants and bars, we hope to build a new 65 bedroom, mid-market hotel close to the iconic restaurant; subject to planning permission.
Later during future phases, we hope to develop a 150 bed, 4 star hotel with apartments and dual frontages overlooking the Milford Haven Waterway and Milford Marina.
Updated Milford Waterfront Development Plan
A revised overall development plan will be submitted to Pembrokeshire County Council in 2017 for a revision to the plan given a resolution to grant consent in 2015 which details future plans.
