Tucked away at Milford Waterfront, The Dizzy Bear is a vibrant, feel-good community coffee house with a difference. Run by the Megan’s Starr Foundation, it’s a safe and welcoming space where young people and families can relax, connect, and enjoy something delicious – all while supporting an important cause.
Situated at Unit 2 - 3 Agamemnon House, The Dizzy Bear serves up a fantastic range of indulgent treats such as waffles, loaded milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, and colourful slushies (including their famous Reese’s Freeze and Hershey Freeze). Their extensive menu also features mouth-watering smoked street food – from Philly cheesesteak slabwiches and loaded nachos to Cuban-inspired pork dishes and smoky beef brisket.
Inside, you’ll also find Meg’s Emporium – a creative hub of upcycled and sustainable clothing designed and curated by local young people. As Pembrokeshire’s biggest board games café, the Dizzy Bear offers fun for all ages, along with a cosy book corner perfect for a quiet moment.
But they're not just about tasty food – they're about heart. The Dizzy Bear provides real-world training, mental health support, and a place to feel seen and supported. Every visit helps fund professional counselling for young people, youth wellbeing projects, peer mentoring, and opportunities for those who need them most.
Pop in for a treat – stay for the warmth, laughter, and community spirit.
