Situated at Unit 2 - 3 Agamemnon House, The Dizzy Bear serves up a fantastic range of indulgent treats such as waffles, loaded milkshakes, ice cream sundaes, and colourful slushies (including their famous Reese’s Freeze and Hershey Freeze). Their extensive menu also features mouth-watering smoked street food – from Philly cheesesteak slabwiches and loaded nachos to Cuban-inspired pork dishes and smoky beef brisket.

Inside, you’ll also find Meg’s Emporium – a creative hub of upcycled and sustainable clothing designed and curated by local young people. As Pembrokeshire’s biggest board games café, the Dizzy Bear offers fun for all ages, along with a cosy book corner perfect for a quiet moment.

But they're not just about tasty food – they're about heart. The Dizzy Bear provides real-world training, mental health support, and a place to feel seen and supported. Every visit helps fund professional counselling for young people, youth wellbeing projects, peer mentoring, and opportunities for those who need them most.
