Located at 7 Temeraire House at Milford Waterfront, Brushed Hair Studio is a contemporary salon owned by Amelia (also known as Brushed by Amelia).  

Created with a focus on a calm, elevated salon experience, Brushed Hair Studio offers a considered approach to haircare, with appointments shaped around individual needs, lifestyle, and desired finish. 

The salon provides a wide range of services, including cuts, blow dries, updos, bespoke colouring, hair extensions, and treatment-led options.  

Amelia also offers her signature curly blow dries, designed to enhance natural texture while creating soft definition, body, and bounce. For clients who prefer a more tailored approach, in-depth hair consultations are available to support confident choices around shape, colour, and ongoing maintenance. 

Brushed Hair Studio also places emphasis on hair and scalp wellbeing. Alongside its styling and colour services, the salon offers a scalp facial, and for clients seeking deep conditioning and improved manageability, the salon’s ‘restore’ treatment is designed to support hair health and shine.  

Colouring and styling services use products from Australian brand Original Minerals, selected for their “clean and kind” approach. To make each visit comfortable and unrushed, a selection of hot and cold drinks is available during appointments.
