Festive Photo Competition terms and conditions 

The Milford Waterfront Festive Photo Competition is promoted by Milford Waterfront, which is part of Milford Haven Port Authority. This competition is open to entrants age 16 and over. Entries must be the original work of the entrant and reflect the criteria stated on the competition page of our website, be of a suitable quality and must not feature individuals unless they have given their permission, in line with data protection legislation. Images that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and will not be included in the competition. The competition will run from Monday 17th November 2025 and end on Sunday 4th January 2026. Valid entries received will be displayed on our website, along with the entrant’s first name and surname initial. Visitors will be able to vote for their favourite photo, and the entry with the most votes on Monday 5th January 2026  will be crowned the winner. The winner will be notified, and all entries may be shared for publicity purposes by Milford Haven Port Authority. You confirm that, by uploading your entry, you agree to your entry being used in this way. The winning entrant will receive a £50 voucher which can be spent at a Milford Waterfront business of their choice (excluding Havens Head Retail Park). No cash alternative or substitutions available. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition may be subject to change or cancellation at any time.
