With the autumn half term break ahead of us, you may be looking for fun things to do in Pembrokeshire with the kids. We’ve rounded up some of the things to do in Milford Haven to keep you entertained during the break.

Let your stomach do the talking

Fun family-friendly activities

How about striking up some family fun and showing off your bowling skills with the kids at Phoenix Bowl? Go easy on them though, keep the sides up at least! It’s not just about bowling at Phoenix Bowl, it’s also home to Pirate Pete’s Adventure Play, multiple pool tables and fun arcade-like machines to complete your family day out.

You could also head to the award-winning Milford Haven Museum to explore our town’s interesting past in a fun and engaging way for kids to enjoy.

Spook-tacular fun for the kids on Halloween

Foam will be dressing their Foam Domes for a spooktacular Halloween treat on 31st October between 12pm and 4pm! For £14.95 each child will receive a ‘Halloween Treat Box’ including a mocktail, selection of sandwiches, scary cakes and a party bag, with Halloween themed music playing in the background. Cookery class for the kids

A good opportunity for the kids (aged 9 to 16 years) to get hands on this half term in the Healthaspire kitchen, learning new cookery skills for life. They will learn how to make soup and bread, sausage casserole, carrot cake muffins and granola bars. The kids can then take home what they make along with the recipes to recreate at home. Get your steps in by exploring our Walking Trails

If you’re hot on making sure you get your steps in over half term, you may wish to explore the various walking routes where you may choose to enjoy breath taking views of the Milford Haven Waterway or do a loop around Milford Waterfront past all the shops and cafes.

If you’re the adventurer type, nothing quite comes close to getting some fresh air admiring the beautiful nature on a leafy woodland trail; now that’s what we call autumn!

There’s nothing better than making a trip to the cinema with the kids, showing a variety of humorous, trilling and heart-warming family-friendly films over the half-term, including ‘James Bond: No Time To Die’, ‘The Addams Family 2’ and ‘Paw Patrol: The Movie’ …there will be a film to suit the whole family!
