This month we speak to Georgina Neale, owner of The Cheesy Cow.

What is the best thing about working at Milford Waterfront?

One of the best things about working at Milford Waterfront has to be looking out the shop window and having a great view of the boats in the marina.

Also being in close proximity to so many bars and restaurants is a bonus!

Is there anything people should know about The Cheesy Cow that they may not know?

Many people may not know that it all started as a lockdown hobby preparing graze boxes for friends and family, which then lead to me opening our shop here at Milford Waterfront.

We not only sell a range of delicious graze boxes, but we also serve freshly baked goods every day for customers to enjoy including tasty baguettes (with extra cheese!)

Have you got any special skills or talents?

By owning The Cheesy Cow, I’m able to put my creative skills to great use by making “Instagrammable” graze boxes which are carefully put together. It also allows me to get creative with the graze table spreads and how they’re presented for some of my customer’s special occasions.

I enjoy photography too, so what better way to take photos of all the graze boxes and table spreads to share with everyone?!

I’m also a professional tennis player. I’m just joking, imagine that though!

What is your favourite dish/item at The Cheesy Cow and why?

I’m a lover of spice, so the Mexi-Cow baguette is my personal favourite which is stuffed with crispy chicken, jalapenos, peri-peri cream cheese and smoked cheddar. Yum!

The Mexican graze box and the lemon & lime cheesecake flavour Sub-zero ice cream is another favourite of mine.

What has been your favourite day in work and why?

My favourite day in work has to be my opening day…seeing all of my regular customers coming to support me and also meeting the Mayor made it a special day.
