Following the exciting news about the Tŷ Hotel coming to Milford Waterfront, we spoke to some of the key stakeholders involved in the project, and also in tourism, hospitality and the local economy of Pembrokeshire, about what this watershed development means to Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire and of course, the Celtic Collection.

The film includes contributions from Dan Mills, owner of Martha’s Vineyard and Chairman of Visit Milford Haven, who talks us through just how much this new hotel will mean to Milford Haven; Steve Edwards, Commercial Director at the Port of Milford Haven, who speaks about the ripple effect that this investment will have in the local area; Jane Rees-Baynes, Chair of the Board at Visit Pembrokeshire talks about the importance of a new 100 bedroom hotel in the centre of Pembrokeshire; Stephen Crabb, Member of Parliament for Preseli Pembrokeshire, who tells us about the positive impact on the economy and career opportunities; And Matthew Lewis, Vice President of Operations at the Celtic Collection, who lets us know how delighted they are to be working in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and the local business community, to ensure that all guests have a great experience when they visit Tŷ Hotel Milford Waterfront.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing individual films from all five contributors, but for now, sit back and enjoy finding out more about the positive impact that the Ty Hotel will have in Pembrokeshire.
