What is the best thing about working at Milford Waterfront?

The best thing has to be working alongside all the great businesses and organisations around Milford Waterfront and the town to provide great activities and events for visitors to enjoy. I also love the views, with many of our events having a beautiful backdrop overlooking Milford Marina on one side, and the spectacular waterway on the other.

Is there anything people should know about Milford Waterfront that they may not know?

Santa is returning to Milford Waterfront this Saturday for our ‘Sparkle with Santa’ event at Milford Haven Museum. Santa will be here between midday and 4pm with his friends Sparkle the Elf and Jacob from PAT Ponies to greet all the lovely children and their families. There will also be a Reindeer Trail with clues hidden around the businesses, and a hamper from Scott’s Sweet Shop up for grabs for one lucky winner.

We are busy planning a great calendar of events for 2020 with some exciting new additions which we’ll be sharing very soon 😊

Have you got any special skills or talents?

I don’t know if you can class this as a skill but it certainly is a passion of mine……I love food and will eat almost anything! I’m really spoilt for choice here with the variety of great restaurants and cafés, along with the fab food traders that we have at some of our events.

What has been your favourite day in work and why?

To be honest all of the events that we have had! Every event is different and each of them brings a different atmosphere and vibe to Milford Waterfront. My favourite events for 2019 have to be Milford Fish Festival, Milford Haven Round Table’s Firework Display and Milfood Haven Street Food Festival (for obvious reasons)!
